This is a RARITY!
In 1993, while I traded on the PCSE, I lived at 900 Bush (Bush & Taylor)
On the weekends I ate brunch at”Nob Hill Grill” on Hyde St, between Pine and California, near the CVS. Across the street there was a Comic Shop I would visit. For $60 I purchased 2-Japanese SPEED Racer Model Kits; one was motorized. They were still in the box; partially assembled but the boxes were re-sealed in plastic. After purchasing the clerk mentioned that they had belonged to Arthur Adams.
I took them back to Chicago, 4-moves over 32 years; I never opened them.
4/12/25 I brought 3-Comics to C2E2 and the Models. Went to Arthur Adams in Artist Alley and returned his SPEED Racer Models. Mentioned that the Comic Store was owned by his girlfriend at the time. He signed my 3-books (with CGC witnessing) and sketched this Wolverine as a Thank You.
He mentioned he does not usually sketch Wolverine.
